    Though the total number of organic research acres in the U.S. land grant system has more than doubled between 2001 and 2003, itís not keeping pace with the growth of commercial certified organic acreage in the U.S ", according to the Organic Farming Research Foundation's recent report the State of the States, 2nd Edition. Today we will talk with researchers throughout the US to find out what's new in organics.
